Aaron Ivey is a licensed Realtor and soon to be a Broker of Enterprise,
oversees the entire Property Management operation, and takes personal pride in
ensuring that every transaction and relationship is cared for in the smoothest,
most ethical manner. He pays specific attention to the areas of property maintenance,
research development and acquisition of new investment opportunities for existing
property owners and the acclimation of new investors to the Memphis markets and the
Enterprise way of serving clients. He supervises the repair and improvement of every
property. He continually improves upon marketing and leasing techniques with the help
of a competent leasing staff.
He has a great handle on the continued development of the various communities and encourages precise placement of real estate investments as to not choke the for rent market. He and Joshua Ray work together to insure that every investment can stand on its own and will not be drowned in a sea of similar acquisitions. Although any one of the Enterprise staff can answer your investment questions, Aaron will be happy to help you master your real estate investment, and guide you through the management process personally.
Josh Ray is the leasing manager. He manages vacant properties and works with
our homeowners to improve and rent ready homes as they come available.
He reviews any properties that our company is asked to manage in order
to keep high quality homes available to our customers. He also
oversees a number of essential company processes that result in more
focused advertising and other benefits to the investment homeowner.
His dedication to the investment homeowner can be seen in everything
he does, as he often goes beyond the call to insure the success of a
rental home. He often leans upon business sense brought about by his
own rental property ownership.
Kelley Looker is a customer care representative. She helps with a variety of
office tasks and actively participates in the continuous communication
with our tenants, homeowners, and the resources valuable to our
community. Kelley also serves as a researcher for questions dealing
with billing and statements. She understands our investment systems
very well, and often introduces many investors to our programs,
personally. If you are an investor with basic questions of company
policies or processes, Kelley can assist you.
Paul Burch monitors all collections and evictions, interacting with tenants who
are having payment troubles and the owners of those properties. He works as Enterprise's
court representation on a daily basis, and helps owners make decisions on how to proceed
with cases where giving the tenant some grace may be better than giving them the axe. Paul
now monitors outside collections efforts with 2 agencies that EPM has established relationship
through. Paul has a history of collections from working with Federal Express, so each owner
should feel confident that payment processes are in good hands. If you haven't seen your rent
in this month's disbersement, you may want to give Paul a call.
David Weathers has taken on the responsibility of Enterprise Home inspector.
He is a licensed home inspector who is in charge of our inspection program, which prevents
minor maintenance issues from becoming major maintenance issues. David coordinates his services
with the tenants and has become a favorite with them, as he helps them identify common problems,
and assists them in reporting them for repair. He also works with owners to identify the cost
effectiveness of pursuing some of the more costly repairs he locates at the properties.
David, too, is a investment home owner and has a history of strong and profitable investments.
