Aaron Ivey - Owner/Broker

Aaron is a licensed Realtor and co-owner of Enterprise, oversees the entire Property Management operation, and takes personal pride in ensuring that every transaction and relationship is cared for in the smoothest, most ethical manner. He pays specific attention to the areas of vacant property maintenance, marketing research development and monitors acquisition of new investment opportunities through Bill Ivey, co owner of EPM.

Aaron has many years experience working with existing property owners and assisting in the acclimation of new investors to the Memphis markets and the Enterprise way of serving clients. He supervises the management of collections and evictions against non-paying tenants. He continually improves upon marketing and leasing techniques with the help of a competent leasing staff.

He has a great handle on the continued development of the various communities and encourages precise placement of real estate investments as to not choke the burgeoning rental markets, there. He makes every effort to insure that each stand-alone investment will not be drowned in a sea of similar acquisitions. Although any one of the Enterprise staff can answer your management or statement questions, Aaron will be happy to help you master your real estate investment by answering those questions requiring years of Memphis-area based, residential property management experience.


Melinda Bateman - Leasing Specialist

Melinda Bateman is our leasing specialist. Melinda worked for Crye Leike Property Management as a leasing agent, property manager for 3 years before she came to Enterprise Property Management and since then she has helped lead EPM to the lowest vacancy rate in its company history. She has a fantastic rapport with prospective tenants and homeowners and makes great relationships wherever she goes. We are so pleased to have Melinda on as leasing specialist.


Ginger Smith - Property Manager

Ginger Smith is one of two property management professionals here at Enterprise. Before coming to Enterprise, Ginger worked for thirteen years at the FedEx Employees Credit Association as a Special Services Agent. While there, her areas of expertise included processing all manner of electronic drafts and wire transfers, international and domestic, while verifying security with the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Ginger's customer service skills are exemplarily as she spent much of her time at her former place of work processing phone calls focusing on member needs, including balances, deposits, withdrawals and previously unresolved and escalated interdepartmental issues. We here at Enterprise believe that her skill set will allow Ginger to excel in the assisting homeowners better understand their property ledgers and make decisions concerning property management. We are so pleased that Ginger has brought such a wealth of experience to our property management division of Enterprise.


Paul Burch - Office Manager Paul Burch

Paul Burch is EPM's office manager the highly trained and well experienced friendly face of Enterprise Property Management. Paul is responsible for making every transaction at Enterprise run smoothly by meeting all walk in customers, managing rent payments, lease signings and all other visitors to the Enterprise offices. Paul manages EPM's central intranet and web server system, all staff work stations, our phone systems, replication systems, electronic filing and relocation. Paul also manages our interns and their clerical responsibilities. As the hub of many activities, Paul will connect you to the specialist trained to handle your specific management requests.


David Weathers - Licensed Home Inspector David Weathers

David Weathers is a licensed home inspector in charge of our rental home inspection program. David coordinates his services with the tenants as he helps them identify common problems, and directs them to the management office to report those issues for repair. He also works with owners to identify the cost effectiveness of pursuing some of the more costly repairs which he locates at the properties. David is a investment home owner and has a history of strong and profitable investments, so he knows what to look for during his routine maintenance or inspection of a rental property.
